My journey has taken me down many paths, from the jungles of South America to reconnecting with nature and understanding its flow. Nature experiences growth, rest, rejuvenation, death, and rebirth without rushing or judging itself. It surrenders to its existence without resistance, like a river with the current. We are part of nature; we eat, breathe, and exist in oneness. By feeling through and listening to my inner wisdom, I align my mind, body, and spirit with intentional actions Embracing challenges fosters confidence and clarity, allowing trust in oneself A new identity emerges when the old dissolves with grace and acceptance.
Since 2022, my exciting journey through studies in nutrition gut health, nervous system regulation, and somatic stretching therapy has deepened my understanding of creating lasting change in mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual-being! While there's no magic solution to life's challenges, it truly offers us the chance to embrace experiences and choose a path that aligns with our true selves.
