Chrissie came into my life about two years ago. I won’t dwell on how she was when we first met. The video captures her journey beautifully, and she shares as much as she feels comfortable with.


What I can share is the incredible progress she has made in her self-confidence, belief, and commitment to being her true self. This journey reveals so much about her growth.


We hadn’t spoken for a while after our sessions focused on breathwork and developing a more empowering mindset. So, when she reached out recently, I was thrilled to hear about her life and the progress she has made.


A New Perspective on Life


Chrissie shared that she feels more content within herself. Her relationship with her children has blossomed. She now faces challenges head-on, armed with a loving and positive mindset.


She has found a partner who appreciates her for who she truly is, and they are very happy together. Her business is steadily progressing, and she is passionate about it. Overall, she feels more optimistic about her life and health.


In her own words, she expressed, “Honestly, I don’t think you understand how much of an impact you have made in my life for the better. Life has completely flipped itself over, and I breathe with ease through it all. I can talk without trembling with adrenaline now, lol. One day, I will know a way to repay you, but in a way that will have a huge impact, too. I’m in my happy space and now understand what it really means to feel grateful for what I receive in life every day, both the good and what doesn’t feel as good. All a part of my growth, which I now accept. Thank you.”

All I desire for anyone who works with me or practices breathwork is to see the potential within themselves. I want them to choose that happy place. It’s essential to learn to love who you are, the life you are creating, and the people you choose to share it with. Embrace that love and alignment, and never look back.
